What counts as an AI Intelligence request?+
Each time you use TrackCheck Intelligence — such as AI-powered flow analysis, event suggestions from Figma designs, parameter recommendations, or smart event drafting — it counts as one AI request. Basic features like event creation, GA4 sync, and Chrome Extension scanning do not consume AI credits.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the next billing period.
What happens after the free beta ends?+
During the beta (until April 2026), all users get full Pro-level access with a fair usage policy on AI credits. After April 2026, you'll be moved to the plan that matches your usage. You'll receive advance notice and can choose your plan before the transition.
Is there a per-organization fee?+
No. Pricing is purely per user. The organization and project limits vary by plan tier, but there's no separate org-level charge.
How does billing work for teams?+
You're billed based on the number of active users in your organization. Invited users who haven't accepted don't count. Billing is monthly — no annual lock-in required (annual plans with a discount coming soon).
